Mr. Morales has been involved with a variation of different project types ranging from art studios, art galleries, residential houses, religious institutions, museum exhibits, recreation facilities, educational facilities, restaurants, public access facilities and banks, to administrative offices for law firms, doctors, healthcare, retailers, finance, and computer software companies. Much of the scope of work he’s been involved with dealt with renovations, additions and new construction. He has a passion for architecture, urban design, and crime preventative design. Luis has always been a well-grounded individual who understands the value of building and upholding relationships through his involvement with the community.

The recipient of the Innovation Award in Design at the 2019 University System of Georgia (USG) Facilities Officer’s Conference.
The building was designed to centralize the admissions process for students, and the forefront for new student recruitment.
Designed by JMA Architecture, Inc. Mr. Morales played a key role as a designer and project lead, handling tasks such as: design, project management, detailing, construction documentation, construction administration, and being the lead contact in communication with all the steak holders for the duration of the project.

A joint venture with Praxis 3 as the lead Architect and JMA Architecture, Inc. as the interior designer for all hospitality, nursing, science labs, and class room spaces.
Mr. Morales was tasked to design and detail the brick wall relief, along with the detailing of the monumental staircase, wood landing and stairs, floors, and the glass wall behind the monumental staircase for construction documents, as well as handling construction administration.

A state of the art forensic crime lab designed by JMA Architecture, Inc. As part of the design team, Mr. Morales was tasked with the design of the exoskeleton glass elevator, along with the detailing of the monumental staircase with glass risers, and played a crucial role in detailed drawings for construction documentation.
